Commodore No More

Today was our big sailing club Annual General Meeting and it's hard to believe two years have gone by since Dave was elected Commodore. His tenure is up and he even turned over his famous commodore white shoes to his successor!

Now it's time for him to take a break and hopefully the weather will allow us to get out on the water for some fun. However, I still have March Madness to deal with, including new events to report on and post for the club's website (which happens almost daily at this time of year). I still want to take advantage of every opportunity to go out sailing and kayaking though, since I leave in three weeks for Daytona! The winter season flew by. Next season we look forward to not having quite so much responsibility and having the ability to explore 'new horizons'.
